Piperpedia: 3/13/2022 pyramids & museum

Before we begin I would like to say I don't know much about these things. They bore me and I hate them. Most of these blogs will probably be pictures or descriptions. Kyla and mom probably have more information on these topics, if you are interested, I will leave links to their blogs at the bottom. Personally idk how someone can find triangular prisms interesting. The only reason they were built is because pharaohs had big egos.

The people after the Egyptians busted into this pyramid through the wall, but there was an actually an opening a bit higher up.

I always assumed the Egyptians built pyramids by stacking stone blocks, but they actually make some pieces like puzzle pieces which is cool

If you look at the top you can see how smooth it originally was, but over time the stones crumbled and fell.

I have decided I hate tourists. They take the dumbest photos. "Hey look! I'm touching the tippy top of this pyramid!" "Wow, I'm holding a pyramid up!" "I'm taller then this pyramid, I'm like god!" It's just dumb. -I just spilled hot chocolate on myself :(- like people stop, nobody cares about your dumb touristy photos. Will you even see those photos again???

We got to ride camels! I always forget how big they are. Like 10 feet or something (I actually don't know, search it upon something. They are just really big) Wesley and I shared one bc why not, we gave it 2 nicknames, depending on the gender, male was Max, and the female was Lady Thalia because one of them had to be fancy idk. We rode them out a bit, took some photos (yay. I just love being in photos.) And went back. Lady Thalia/Max shook itself on the way back and if we weren't holding on, I swear me and Wesley would've just been thrown off.

Burial sites for scribes? Idk important people

The sphinx, another great place to take MORE STUPID DUMB FRICKING TOURIST PHOTOS "can you take a photo of me kissing the sphinx?" "Look! It's wearing sunglasses!" "I'm petting the sphinx babe!" I also saw a women making a video or something, she took like a million takes and it was SO ANNOYING.

This is the museum, ignore the finger.

There were stray cats EVERYWHERE and it was great! This one was the only friendly one there. (Don't worry, I bring hand sanitizer around for me and Wesley because we don't know what diseases they have) we pet this one a lot and went inside.
